Ingredients:
Carrots 1/4 cup
Capsicum 1/4th cup
Chicken (boiled) boneless 1/4 cup
Cabbage 1/4 cup
Boiled egg 2
Salt to taste
White pepper 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Oil for frying
Strips for rolls
Directions:
Use any nonstick pan, add all the vegetables one by one, add salt, white
and black pepper, toss & turn for 2-3 min. Then let the mixture cool
and add boiled egg pieces and chicken. Mix all the vegetables well. Take
strips, fill the mixture and cover like spring rolls. Heat oil and deep fry.
Serve with sauce.
