Ingredients:
Pumpkin (Mathan)
Turmeric powder
Tamarind pulp
Red Chilly
Coriander seeds
Grated coconut
Salt (as per taste)
Directions:
Take one lemonsize tamarind and soak
it in hot water. After tamarind pulp
is ready, add pieces of pumpkin. Add
turmeric powder and salt to taste.
AFter the pumpkin is cooked, add the
masala (paste made of grated coconut,
coriander seeds, and red chillies).
After it is boiled, add fried mustard
seed in the curry. Taste and enjoy
it.
