Ingredients:
oil : 5 tbsp
onion : 1 chopped
tomato : 1/2 chopped
potato : 2 medium size
green peas/chick peas : 1 cup (cooked)
pav bhaji masala (or chicken masala) : 1 tbsp
chili powder : 1/2 tsp
salt to taste (1 tsp apprx)
Directions:
Cook the potatoes and mash them.
Place a sauce pan on the stove in medium
heat. Pour the oil once it is hot, add
the onion and saute them well, add the
tomato, still well, after few minutes,
add salt, chicken masala and chilli powder.
Add 1 cup water, let it boil, add the
potatoes and then the green peas/chick
peas. Mix well
