Ingredients:
Chicken - 1lb
Onion - 3
Green Chillies - 10
Ginger - 2 pieces
Garlic - 6 cloves
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Powdered pepper - 2 tsp
Curry Masala - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Oil
Curry Leaves
Salt
Directions:
Cut the onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and add half of green chillies, ginger, garlic,
turmeric powder, pepper and little salt and 1 tsp vinegar to it and cook.
Saute onion, remaining green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, pepper,
turmeric powder, salt, curry masala and curry leaves and add the cooked chicken
into it and fry well.
