Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken(or Canned Tuna - go for Starkist chunk light
brand, or boiled vegetables)
Potato - 3
Onion - 2
Green Chillies - 6
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 3 cloves
Chicken Masala - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1 (or corn flour or all purpose flour)
Bread crumbs
Salt
Directions:
You can either use chicken or fish or vegetables.
If using chicken, cook and then mince the meat.
If it is canned Tuna it will be already cooked.
If using vegetables, cut the vegetables(carrot, beans) into very small cubes
and boil it after that remove all water content from it.
Cook the potatoes. And mash it well.
Saute onion, green chillies, giner and garlic, add meat
masala to it. Then add either chicken or fish( or vegetables)
to it and fry for sometime. Add the mashed potato and
mix well.
Make it into desired shape and dip in beaten egg or flour
mixed with water. And then cover it with bread crumbs.
Then deep fry each in oil.
