Ingredients:
Onion – 1 medium size chopped
Cauliflower – 1 medium size
Green peas – 2 cups (you can get frozen green peas from
Indian store, don’t get the sweet frozen green from usual
grocery store.)
Meat masala – 2 tsp
Salt - to taste (1 tsp)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp (optional)
Coriander leaves – a small bunch (optional)
Directions:
Cut cauliflower into flowerets. Cut the
coriander leaves. Heat a pan, pour
the oil and let it heat, then add the
cumin seeds. Give few seconds, then
add the chopped onion and sauté it
well. Add the stem part of the cut
coriander leaves. Add salt and the
meat masala. Stir well. Add the green
peas, stir well, add the cauliflower,
and mix well. Close the pan, reduce
the fire cook for about 10 minutes
until the cauliflower is done. Serve
with bread, chappathi or paratha.
