Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional seasoning to taste
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook together the
ground beef, onion and celery. When the
onion is cooked (should become translucent),
add the remaining ingredients. Simmer
on low heat 10 - 15 minutes.
Serve as sandwich filling on hamburger buns -- some people
like to toast the hamburger buns first.
Corn on the cob is an excellent accompaniment.
